Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple
- 1/2 Lemon – if pineapple is sweet
- 1/2 Inch ginger Optional
- 1/2 handful basil leaves or mint
Instructions
- Peel and core the pineapple.
- Peel lemon.
- Add the Pineapple, Lemon and Ginger( if using any ) to a juicer.
- Transfer to glass and serve with mint or basil.
