Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage (optional, for color)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving (it tastes better chilled).
